Alloy

Definition: An alloy is a combination of two or more pure metals mixed together. All coins are made out of some measure of alloy, except bullion coins.
Examples: Although Morgan Dollars are referred to as "silver dollars," they are really an alloy of 90% silver and 10% copper.
