Although I am not extremely satisfied with the United States Mint's customer service levels, I must admit that the recent website improvements have gone a long way in showing that they are now starting to concentrate on the customer experience. First of all, the search engine improvements make it extremely easy to find the information you're looking for. It is important to pay attention to the navigation bar on the left-hand side we you can select what results you would like to see: Products, Images, General Information, Education or Everything. Secondly, the product schedule is a dynamic up-to-date presentation of the products that will be going on sale in the coming year. Additionally they list the preliminary prices for the products that will be offered. I like these new website changes and I hope that they continue over the coming months and years. Finally the Mint is starting to show that it considers the customer to be "number one."
