The United States mint websiteAlthough I am not extremely satisfied with the United States Mint's customer service levels, I must admit that the recent website improvements have gone a long way in showing that they are now starting to concentrate on the customer experience. First of all, the search engine improvements make it extremely easy to find the information you're looking for. It is important to pay attention to the navigation bar on the left-hand side we you can select what results you would like to see: Products, Images, General Information, Education or Everything. Secondly, the product schedule is a dynamic up-to-date presentation of the products that will be going on sale in the coming year. Additionally they list the preliminary prices for the products that will be offered. I like these new website changes and I hope that they continue over the coming months and years. Finally the Mint is starting to show that it considers the customer to be "number one."

I had heard rumors that the Treasury(mint) executives and/or board are getting a raise and/or commission. I s there any truth to that rumor? Why are coin prices still rising when metal prices are declining? Doesn’t the Mint go with the prevailing price of the metal when issuing coins? Or do they price what they feel is appropriate? Do you have the data on what the mint takes in(revenue) yearly? Withso many collectors/dealers, it seems they should should be in the black. Then again with the debt so outrageous how can they be in the black!
